For once the reviews I had read prior to selecting this company were right on. They were on time, they worked so hard, and most importantly somehow were able to fit all of my belongings in the 16 ft. POD. I honestly have no idea how they did it. I can only hope when I go to unpack it in about 3 months, that everything is in good shape. But trust me, it was so well packed that I don't think anything will be able to move at all.
I was very impressed with their abilities to move some of the heavy furniture. Amy is truly a wonder! Great people and I would use them again.

Very happy with my decision to use August Movers. I was referred to them by a friend, and it turned out to be great move.
They showed up exactly on time, and worked diligently the entire job. They were extremely meticulous in handling the furniture and there were no mishaps or damage to any of our things or the walls/railings in the hallways both moving out and moving in. There were 2 flights of stairs to maneuver through, and several sharp corners, and all was done perfectly. We will definitely be using them again the next time we need to move in Portland. Very pleased.

Randall, Amy & Shane did a wonderful job! They made the heavy items look easy up a flight of stairs and worked non-stop and finished early unloading our POD. They offered to assist us in locating and moving items around to ease our move and stress. We will definitely use them on our next move.
