Malcolm & Whyler were great! I’d never hired movers before and man am I happy I did. They were done in under an hour, everything was in perfect condition after coming around the corner and up the stairs... I highly highly recommend these guys. Just nice, helpful people.

There is only one word needed to describe these guys....AWESOME! They are on time and work efficiently and quickly. They were extremely respectful of our property and goods and went the extra mile to make sure our furniture pieces were where we wanted them even moving some to alternate locations after they were originally placed.
Each person we worked with was considerate, friendly and polite.
I would highly recommend them for any moving jobs!

Moved only a mile away but the movers still did a great job. They came on time and moved very quickly and efficiently. There were multiple units moving out at the same time as me (which was incredibly annoying and made certain things super difficult - i.e. kept having to re-position our truck, traffic jam at the elevators) but the movers were still very professional and got the job done. Everything arrived at my new place perfectly intact - no broken mirrors, TVs, or glasses. These guys were basically Tetris masters, fitting everything into the 10ft U-Haul that I rented for the move. My white couch did get a bit dirty (even after using their moving blanket) but not really a huge deal. It’s a white couch. A little bit of stain remover took care of the smudges! Overall, would definitely recommend these movers to others and would definitely call them again for my next move!

Little amount work in 3 1/2 hours
Got here 9:30. Didn’t call me for directions to proper uhaul. Took 30 minutes to get to uhaul, instead of 15/20 minutes. Unloaded and left at 12:45. My son and I did 3/4 packing. They left and we are still packing and moving. Very unprofessional! Very limited work for $399! Poor quality work.

Paul and crew were friendly and efficient. They moved us from apartment to townhouse in 2 hours! Carefully packing, unpacking and placing furniture in the appropriate rooms. Worth every penny! I would highly recommend them to anyone moving. A great way to take some of the chaos out of moving day!

They showed up on time and were ready to go. They helped me with everything and more. They tried to be very careful with all my Mom's belongings. I would definitely use them again. (There was no truck required for this job since we were moving my Mom across a parking lot from one building to another.)

Paul & Matt were excellent. The packed boxes & organized the furniture so that there was almost now wasted, free space. They arrived on time & didn't waste a minute of time. I'd, absolutely, hire them again. :-)

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect a prompt and timely response from us to set up their move when they book our services. We are extremely friendly, easy to work with, and very communicable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect at least two(or more movers if requested) highly experienced, very friendly, and extremely competent movers to help with any and all tasks the customer needs. I'd also like to add that we carry the best equipment to assist on their big moving day(dollies, straps, blankets, rope, tie-downs, the whole nine!).
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our movers are prepared to help with and take care of any and all moving situations. We've seen it all. If a customer would like to be well prepared for their move, we suggest consolidating as many loose items as possible into boxes, bags, or even other large pieces of furniture. I'd like to note that we are more than happy to help with packing if the customer needs it!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is making customers extremely happy and satisfied during their big and stressful moving day. We know how stressful it can be and we are here to help. All of our movers feel the same way. We also enjoy being paid to work out!
What training do you provide your crew members?
When we pick up a new crew member, we always have an extensive in-house 3-day training session with our movers to show proper moving, packing, loading, unloading techniques to make sure that all of our movers are up-to-par and can handle any and all moving situations with ease. I would like to add that all of our current movers are extremely experienced with moving and have handled hundreds of moves.
