While the workers did a decent job moving our things, it was obvious they were stalling, and ultimately went 15 min over the 2 hour minimum, meaning I had to pay over $100 for an additional hour. One worker, who was very efficient, frequently yelled to the other to get back to work (he would hang out by the elevator, constantly on his phone, delaying the whole process). They certainly could have finished within 2 hours. Aside from that, the men arrived on time and were respectful. I would, however, not use this company again.

Great service - 5 stars! This company has very polite and respectful employees. They are careful, thorough and amazing at loading a pod using space extremely efficiently. Barry has been a crew leader on each of my three jobs with this company and he is the best.

Portland Movers Company is the best company I've ever used. The guys are fast, efficient, intelligent, personable and very good at getting the job done. They are masters at loading a pod, it's amazing how they use every bit of space. Five stars for this company!

Hard workers, in time, prepared, helpful. Willing do whatever I asked - extra wrapping, etc. amazing skills at getting everything snugly into my pod unit. Would love to have them back on my next two jobs on April 29th and May 3rd. Jay and Barry are terrific!

They arrived 15 minutes after the one hour window arrival ended and when addressed by the customer about it, they did not respond in any fashion.
They did not have tools to remove a door so the couch could fit in.
They were apathetic about an heirloom furniture piece that was broken.
One mover was on his cell phone and watching videos while the customer was finishing up paperwork with them.
I would not use them again.
