What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Communication even before move day to assure we are prepared for a 'smoove move.'
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our team will reach out about 30 minutes before the start time to let the customer know their ETA and that they're on the way to them. Once the crew has arrived, they will do a walk through with them to confirm the inventory and strategize a game plan. The lead with then receive signatures from the customer regarding start time and liability. The crew will move, load, dis/reassemble and unload every piece as safely and efficiently as possible. If a lunch is taken the crew will deduct the time from the bill.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Place all things you may need immediately in a seperate box or bag that doesn't go with the movers. Make sure that all furniture going is cleared off, as well as walkways, stairs and driveways. Have boxes taped up
What types of moves have you handled?
We have currently serviced local, packing, labor only and commercial moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about owning a moving company is that no job is exactly the same and that you get to explore different parts of the city as well as meet new people every move.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2 week hands on training to every new onboarding crew member regardless of experience.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
