They did good. They were a bit late because their car broke down and to make up for it they sent an extra person at no cost, so I am satisfied. The job got done on time!

While booking the crew I requested online for them to bring a dolly or hand truck (there we options available for that) and it was necessary to have one because it's a long walk from my door to where the truck could be parked, also on my phone call prior to the movers coming I reiterated they bring one and the guy said of course they have them, but they usually work quickly and just carry them out and don't even use it. They showed up 45 minutes late, and I had all the boxes pulled outside for them, leaving behind large furniture that I couldn't lift personally. I told them how important the dining room table was, and mentioned I wanted it packed first because it was an antique and I didn't want it to get scratched up or packed in last minute and crammed in. The table was left out, and the packing wasn't done tight enough and tons of room was left in the middle, we had to go out after the movers left and take everything out and repack it so we could fit all of our stuff in the truck, otherwise my table, and 6 other large items would have been left behind. My fragile boxes full of dishes, pictures, and glassware were all heavier, and were stacked on top of the other boxes? Not sure why. I probably wouldn't have hired help if we knew we'd have to unpack, and repack everything ourselves. The crew was scheduled to arrive between 1-2pm, which we wanted to drive out by 5pm, because they didn't arrive until 2:45, took two hours, and then we had to unpack and repack, we didn't leave until 9 at night, driving 10 hours we fell drastically behind having to stop at a hotel, it just was more of an inconvenience.

Mover's response:
So, not only did you decide to trash the company on a complete different website, but you decided to do it on here as well. All you had to do to avoid this entire situation was just say to the movers, "hey guys, I don't like the way you're loading, could you please do this ___ instead." I understand you feel you shouldn't have to do that, but every customer is different and prefers certain ways of packing, and the guys would've completely understood. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Two workers. Site supervisor slept in car entire time. The one mover was continually on his phone. The two didn't get along dropped my mattress in the dirt so they could face off into a fight physical altercation I had to break up, as supervisor slept. it was a bad experience the job did get done took twice as much time would not recommend. Call in to the supervisor called me back and said, "I'm the supervisor I can sleep in my car at any customer site if I want". The one mover was very nice and hard worker the other shpuld be fired along with the worthless supervisor

Mover's response:
Ma'am, first of all, he wasn't a "supervisor," he was an additional crew member that had a bad stomach virus. He slept in the car because he couldn't leave without taking the only ride home from the 2 other movers. The mattress you're speaking about was laying on the side of the truck, and the "physical altercation" you're mentioning was just the guys bickering on how to move the mattress. You paid for 2 movers, the third didn't even have to work, sleeping or not. Appreciate the "gratitude."

It was a college dorm moving and I explained the nature of service. But the mover couldn't even go to inside building. They didn't have ID with them. I asked them to bring their ID from the car, but they said they lost them. After talking over an hour to solve the issue, only one guy who had his ID helped us with full price. Of course we had to help him. I advise the customer should check if the movers have proper ID if they need to go in which require ID. I had a horrible service.

Mover's response:
In all due respect, we do apologize about the ID situation because yes, the other movers should've had it on them, but when a customer is aware that the you need an ID just to enter the complex, then that's usually the first thing they tell us over the phone to make sure that it isn't a problem (which honestly is pretty rare). Regardless, thank you for taking the time to review, and thank you for being understanding of both parties situations.

First off, Dan in the office was a pleasure to deal with. He was very polite and graciously worked with me when my plans changed.
The workers were prompt, worked hard to get everything moved, and handled my belongings carefully. Only problem was I was trying to get a lot of stuff in a small space, and wanted some bigger furniture to come in first. Most of the boxes came in first, but with a little rearranging, I got my furniture where I wanted it to go. So I would just supervise to make sure things are going to the correct place, and direct stuff to be moved if it isn't where it needs to be.
Even with a few minutes spent on rearranging, everything was in my house, where I wanted it, and the guys finished a few minutes early!
Foxhound moving took the nightmare out of moving. The price was outstanding, communications from the start were easy, and the movers did a great job of getting all the work done in the allotted time. If I have to move again, I am going to use Foxhound!

For future customers that are checking out our reviews, please take the time to read the good and the bad.
