I have used Hire a Helper in the past and was very happy with the services provided. This was not the case this time. The helpers did not properly load or unload the truck. Many items were damaged. They were late arriving and I had to call to find them for unloading. There was no supervisor. They were too young to be left without an experienced mover to guide them. It was a horrible move.

On arrival our helpers introduced themselves with smiling faces. They worked hard and quickly and anything we asked was met with "sure, not a problem".
Although we had them move extremely heavy items they did not contain or grumble once. Throughout the entire move they smiled and laughed.
They were a fantastic crew. Extremely polite and respectful. I enjoyed having them move our possessions!
I would give them the highest of recommendations, would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors and would love to hire them again.

The crew was on time and respectful of the property that they were moving. They got along as a team and were respectful of each other.
They did have to use my tools or run to their vehicle to retrieve theirs so maybe better prepared with tools needed for removing hardware.

We used 2 helpers from Foxhound to unload a not-too-full 15' uhaul into a first floor apartment in the city. It was a very small job, but the guys were on time and very efficient and careful. I think they were done in twenty minutes!
