The two guys that showed up were work horses. They started unloading the truck as soon as we opened the door. They were non stop and very attentive to the condo, making sure nothing hit any wall or scratched any hardwood floor.

The two movers were friendly and cooperative with my input in securing personal items. Had a good pace and sufficient service loading rented truck from a one bedroom Apt stairs included. No issues!

The team moved everything efficiently and carefully from a moving container (pod) into our apartment. They finished before the 2h were up because they were very focused. We had a ton of heavy book boxes and it didn't faze them at all. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could, only because they did not arrive in uniforms as advertised. I talked to Chris on the phone a few times and he is extremely friendly and was as flexible as possible with arrival timing around our pod delivery window. I would definitely recommend them!

The positive: The men were nice. They got a good bit done.
The negative: They arrived an hour late. Then it turned out one had a bad knee and the other had tweaked his back so there were things they couldn't do. I had some heavy things in the second floor loft and set up a ladder for them to get them down but they insisted on using the narrow spiral staircase. While the damage wasn't too bad they did scratch up the railing and center pole. There were a number of non-work moments where I would find one or the other standing looking at their phones. The most frustrating thing was their lack of following directions. I was loading a dumpster and asked them to just put everything around the outside of the container so I could load it in. Time after time I would go out and find them loading the dumpster and in a way that I needed it to be emptied before we could move on. I don't know if it's a common thing but I really had to stay on top of how long they actually worked and how much time they had left. They were trying to tell me they had less than an hour to go go when they really had over 2 hours. I had to call the manager at one point to make sure they weren't leaving. I know this seems to be a lot of negatives but it was more annoying than anything else. It did make work for me as I had to unload a bunch of stuff and re-load it properly.
I don't think I would use them again unless it was an emergency. It was very expensive.
