the guys were great! they were on time the day of the move... actually they were a few minutes early. i had a bad experience with my movers previous to this so i was on edge when they first came to the house. a few minutes in i could tell i had nothing to worry about. they were professional and gentle with all of my belongings. i would definitely recommend this crew to my friends and family.

Installation Solutions was absolutely fantastic to work with their crew (I worked with Jerry) was professional and understanding. Even when PODs delayed our order 6 days in a row with a promise of a new delivery date each time, Installation Solutions accommodated our requests. They we're on time for our unloading/moving session, took great care with our belongings, and worked very hard. Three flights of stairs in 90 degree weather; they were champions!

My order was placed under 24 hours, but they were still able to accommodate me even though they had other jobs scheduled for that day. They kept me up to date on when they would be arriving for my job. They then arrived when they said they would and proceeded to do the job. I had used them a couple of days before and had brought a dolly of my own. This time I was so forgetful that I did not bring the dolly or the tie down straps. Fortunately they brought theirs.
I will probably use them again. The first time I over estimated the time I would need and lost $100. This last time I got exactly the right timing.

I used Installation Solutions to pack my belongings into a storage POD and they did a wonderful job. They arrived on time and well prepared for the job. The guys worked very hard and the job was done in a very timely manner. I would recommend the business and plan to use them in the future.
