I have never used this service before, I am so glad i found it. Had a last minute move and needed help. I selected Oncall Movers these guys were great (Herman and Jacob). The owner Derrick called to confirm my appointment the day before. Herman and Jacob arrived on time ready to work they were both very friendly and very helpful. I will be using this service again plus I will be calling Oncall Movers again. So glad to have great last minute service that actually works.

I would recommend this company to anyone planning on making a move. They were SO understanding when my pod had not been delivered on the day it was promised, twice. Derrick rescheduled the movers because of the delays and said to just call if it needed adjusted again. Thankfully it didn't. The guys unloading the pod were ready to start as soon as they arrived and were very quick and they did not hesitate when I asked them to move a few things to a new location after having changed my mind on the placement. The next time I need moving labor help, this is the company I will go with.

The gentleman were very helpful. They arrived ready to work and the job went very quick and the 2 gentlemen sent out for my job were on it, and even helped me finish 45 minutes early.

After I scheduled the movers for the wrong day, the management was very great in rescheduling for me on a very last minute notice. They were rescheduled for 10AM, but didn't arrive until 2PM because of a flat tire. I'm pretty easy to work with, but it bothered me they didn't keep me posted on the situation. The helpers also dropped a dresser going up the stairs. In all fairness, once they arrived, with the exception of the dresser, the helpers worked very quickly and were very courteous. Just better communication with the breakdown and I would have been happy to give them 5 stars.

The Guys that moved Me, Damaged my 60" TV, as well as A Washer, and Scratches on my NEW Laundry Pair, that I had just purchased. I have filed a Complaint with Hire A Helper, so I would like a response as what They are planning to do! I will NEVER use this Company again!

We were more than pleased with On Call Movers. We only had two days to find and confirm our help. On Call Movers was available and extremely responsive. They confirmed the job right away, arrived on time and were very professional. The crew was very friendly and they accommodated our "last minute" requests which helped make our move less stressful. I cannot recommend Mike and his crew enough. Great job guys!

The gentlemen who unloaded truck for us were extremely courteous, friendly and eager to get things exactly the way I wanted them. They actually finished the job ahead of schedule but did a fantastic job and were very careful with my things. I would definitely use On Call Movers again and especially the young men they sent for the job.
