They chose to move the dresser with the drawers in place and one drawer fell out and broke into many pieces because they allowed the dresser to tilt slightly. Now I’m faced with finding a furniture repair business to fix it.

The only thing that was deceiving was that hire a helper said that stairs for the first flight are free and that was not the case. They should not deceive customers like that.
