Diante and Juan from First Choice Movers were fantastic! They arrived exactly on time, were prepared with whatever was needed to fill the moving pod, were cleanly dressed in their work shirts. They were extremely careful with every item that they moved, whether it was my daughter's bundle of sticks for crafts, or our antique night stand. They secured everything great for the long trip from CA to MN! I will use them over and over again, and intend to refer them to everyone I come in contact with. I was so impressed with them, felt completely safe, didn't have to worry AT ALL about potential theft or damage (I have had bad experiences with both from other movers)! Diante was in constant contact with me multiple times before the move, and the day of the move to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. I don't think that I could say enough about how great they were. It was especially great to know that Diante is the owner of his own company (First Choice Movers), and you can tell that he takes pride in his work. They were great at working within the time that they had remaining on the clock, as the "pod driver" was almost an hour late into our 2 hour move window, working "especially so" that the "pod driver" could stay and take the pod away from the storage facility as soon as we were finished, guaranteeing that the storage facility wouldn't have an issue with us using a pod at the location. They went to work immediately, knowing that I am paying for their time even before the pod arrived, as that was MY timing mistake, but I agreed to "the terms" through HIRE A HELPER, that their time starts right when they arrive, it was MY timing mistake that the pod was not there when THEY ARRIVED. They decided to start going through the storage unit, assessing and planning their loading, pre-moving items out of their way so that the loading would go quickly and smoothly when the truck finally arrived, so they didn't just sit around "bleeding the clock", and all of this was at THEIR suggestion. "I" WAS JUST WAITING AT THE GATE to the storage facility with them, waiting for the truck, when they suggested that they go start! Like I said, I can't say enough good things about them! First Choice Movers were actually not my first choice. The mover we had scheduled was ill and couldn't come. First Choice Movers were able to come on short notice and they did a great job. They moved us into our home quickly and efficiently.

After booking First Choice Movers, the customer can expect and immediate response from us. Confirming all the job details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day the customer can expect a courtesy call one hour prior to start time. Our professional movers will be friendly and hardworking.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer can prepare day prior checking that everything is boxed and ready for movers to come and load. Make sure dogs and cats are out of the way so the movers do not trip over.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed office jobs, long distance moves as well as local. We have also load and unload trailers, storage units and storage containers.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love making the customer happy by providing great customer service and handling furniture with care as if it was my own. I enjoy making the customer feel as if they made the right choice with hiring First Choice.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide my crew with training videos and professional tips. We are always looking for ways to approve.
