The men you sent out were lazy and did the bare minimum to get the job done and left an hour early with more work to do. They were terrible. You should be ashamed of yourself for hiring workers who simply could care less

So I booked this with a special note stating that the employees needed to obtain a pass to get onto my military installation. The criteria was 1 form of ID and NO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND. it was clearly stated. First off the owner, manager or any Employee had never contacted me prior to the Job. I had to reach out to them. The only call I received was from the workers stating they were 20 minutes out and this was an hour and a half after they were supposed to arrive. Not acceptable! Then nothing was heard from for another 2 hours. We were then at about 3-3 1/2 hours after they were supposed to arrive. I called the workers multiple times with no answer. I got a hold of the manager (Caylen grasser) who stated he doesn't have communication with his own workers. Anyway I ended up getting a hold of the workers who stated that they could not obtain access to the installation because of a failed background test. Hmm mm, wasn't it stated that the employees had to have a clean background. The manager was unwilling to do anything and blatantly lied to me about why the individuals couldn't get on post. There are ways to find out the truth. I then said I was displeased with the lack of communication between him/his workers and myself. During this whole time I was the only calling them to find out what was going on. Caylen said he would look into it every time I called with no response back. He 100% did not look into anything for me, because he had already previously stated he didn't communicate with his own employees. They didn't tell me until around 8 pm that I was SOL and gonna have to figure something out. The manager acted as if I was inconveniencing him and so I expressed to him that I was going to write a review......He laughed at me on the phone and said, good luck trying. You won't be able to since we didn't complete the job...... Thankfully hireahelper.com took this case very seriously and gave me a link to review. This is by far the worst and most unprofessional moving company I have ever dealt with. With this type of attitude and hiring individuals with less than pristine backgrounds, their business will fail miserably! I hope hireahelper discontinued this contractors business. They don't need to associate with such shady businesses and definitely don't need the negativity giant monkey movers brings to their site. Giant monkey movers is a less than desirable company for sure. This experience has been spread throughout multiple channels IOT ensure others do not fall victim to this company's ways.

AMAZING! They were VERY fast, wasted absolutely zero time. VERY respectful, VERY polite, and VERY good at packing the PODs. They filled the pod and wasted no space, took the time to properly secure everything for the long haul and took care of everything. I would use them again!
