We do it all packing/unpacking, final cleaning, load/unloading, and driving assistance also upon request we supply furniture pads and tools. So what are you waiting for make your move the Safeway by going with SAFEWAY...... We need 48 hours notice, and a minimum of a 4 person crew to move items larger than 500lbs

We are an organization that hired this crew for the second time and they were prompt, nice, but didn't arrive with the proper tools which delayed the job, and of course did not come across professional. Nice people but need to have proper tools for the professional feel.

They arrived on time and did great work. They loaded my U-Haul efficiently and were mindful of being careful with my furniture. They called the morning of my scheduled job to confirm which I really appreciated.

First let me say, I was happy HireAHelper was able to step in and help me find moving labor helpers after I was left in a lurch by my first company. Movers showed up on time but took 6 hours for 3 men to load a (3) bedroom home that was already packed and ready to be loaded. They took too many breaks and had to be reminded they were on the clock. Because they worked very slowly - it got dark and I had to put the headlights to my car on the truck so they could see. They didn't pack my things to the top of the truck to prevent it from shifting and when my furniture arrived to my new house, all bedroom furniture and living room furniture was chipped, scratched and had deep gouges. I used every blanket I had and had to buy extra blankets at 10pm which weren't placed properly b/c my things were still severely damaged. I was charged for 3 extra hours and still tipped them nicely b/c I was so tired. I didn't know my furniture would be so damaged when it arrived. Needless to say...I would not recommend this company.

Courtney and the other helper (I didn't catch his name) made our move extremely easy. They were able to unload all of our things of the truck and up the stairs to our new apartment in the two hours we had reserved. Our plan was to have the helpers move the bulk of our things and finish ourselves, but they were able to move it all. All in all these guys saved my wife and I somewhere between 4 and 6 hours of heavy lifting. I would definitely hire these guys again.

These guys were great. They were flexible with us, worked really hard in 100 + temperatures, and kept up a good pace until the job was finished. We really appreciated the care they took with our furniture pieces and some awkward wood-working equipment. Both of the crew members were professional, hard-working, eager to help with anything I requested. I am most grateful they were able and willing to drive an hour to reach the house on short notice, making it possible to unload and move several large, heavy items of furniture to the second floor of the house, without damage, before I had to leave town. I am very thankful for their work and attitude, and recommend them to others.

The job I paid for was incomplete, the men you sent out was not prepared to do the job, I paid for six hours, they worked for about three hours they was not in shape, they took a hour lunch, and ran out of time, for the rental truck, I had to return to U-Haul, I was late and had to pay a fee. The next day I had to rent a truck and hire new helpers to complete the job that should have been completed the day before. I would never used them again!!!
