Honestly, I HATE leaving bad reviews but this feels necessary. First, they were scheduled from 1-2pm. I called to confirm if they were still coming at 1pm, they said they claimed to be 15 mins away, then showed up at 3:50pm. They honestly didn’t have any method to loading a U-Haul. They kinda just threw everything in there in any way they could. A LOT of my items ended up being damaged during the move, my bookshelves, tables and a bunch of boxes ended up being crushed cause they put heavy stuff on top of them. Overall, I wasn’t happy about it. The next set of movers I hired to unload the U-Haul even made comments about how poorly it was packed. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend them.

They did a great job. They got done unloading my truck in an hour. They were very respectful and cautious with my furniture. The only thing is that they were only here for one hour and I still got charged for four hours.
