They had an excellent attitude and worked extremely hard to move everything as fast as possible. My only disappointment was that they scratched a wall and floor when moving furniture . I would use them again and recommend them.

Very friendly and curtious, but there were some issues. I had called shortly after scheduling my move to change the time. I spoke to the manager and told him I needed them to arrive at noon instead of 11. He said ok but asked me to send a text with the information which I did. I had not heard back afterwards so I called again 2 days later leaving a message. Still did not head back, then called again the following day and spoke with the manager a 2nd time. I again confirmed noon and he concurred. On moving day, they showed up at 11 and he said he never spoke with me nor remembered a text. He said he gets 200 calls a day so would not have remembered mine! So he goes through his texts, sees mine and agrees to not begin billing until noon. Duing the move they under estimated the amount of stuff I had and packed the truck wrong causing it to take longer, took phone calls during the move and took their time otherwise. A few antiques got broken just from being in their hands, and then after all was said and done, 4.5 hours later, the manager tried to bill me for 5 hours due to his miscommunication and showing up an hour early. So I only give 3 stars because they were really friendly and a pleasure to be around, but for efficiency and professionalism, I would give 1.5 stars.

they were very polite men but had no clue how to packa pod.Also men showed up with no tools no hand truck nothing. I had to unpack my pod myself and repack to fit all my items.I would not reccomend this company at all

I received excellent service from Professional Hands Moving. The two gentlemen who were to help me unload a 16 foot moving van arrived on time and were very conscientious about treating my belongings carefully. They were well spoken and very courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Beyond awesome! These guys were so hard working. Went way above and beyond what was expected. Really tried hard and were creative in getting a difficult piece of furniture out of my house - and they succeeded. And, on top of all that, they were the sweetest, most respectful movers I have ever worked with. I was so impressed, and would recommend them very highly to anyone looking for moving labor help. Can't say enough good things about them!
