Our movers did a wonderful job and took great care with everything; even though some of our packing was less than perfect nothing got damaged or broken. Focus Movers were terrific! They were hard workers and moved everything with great care. They were mindful of corners as they went up and down the stairs carrying bulky furniture, and wrapped everything well. NO DAMAGE. I definitely recommend them!

Communication was great. They were always incredibly responsive and arrived within the window they provided. They wrapped my couch in plastic that they provided, wrapped my dresser and credenza in blankets they provided, and detached and reattached legs on my couch when needed with tools they provided. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! Amazing experience, definitely recommend!!

The Payday Enterprises team did a great job. They were timely, communicated their ETA, and handled our belongings with care. They worked hard without complaining; we had an added layer of complication of it being a dump job and a move, but they handled it like champs. I would certainly use them again.

Really great team! We faced a challenging problem of getting a heavy and over-sized couch and other bulky items up an emergency staircase due to absence of a freight elevator in our condo….the guys were resourceful and good natured. They solved the required geometry problems in their heads on the fly, and had fun doing it. They arrived on time, finished the work quickly and efficiently, and get an overall rating of ‘Super Stars!’ from us! It was a pleasure working with them!

My move was a very straightforward and simple job - getting stuff out of a 5’ by 5’ storage (the smallest type of storage they have at Public Storage) to my new apartment which was not too far away. There were no stairs involved, just the elevator at my apartment which I had reserved earlier, so it was a smooth operation. So keeping that in mind: The movers were on time and great at communication. They were ready to jump into the job as soon as they arrived. Everything was done in an efficient manner, and all of my stuff was undamaged in the process. I would definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

Arthur and Mike were very professional, on time, kept us posted on their arrival time, they were careful and considerate of our property. They were able to unload our truck and place the items in our storage unit as well as keeping separate the items we needed at a separate location. I will be moving into a more permanent location later this year and will definitely be hiring them again. Highly recommended.

Musa and his team did a wonderful job. Even though I was almost late to meeting my arrival window, they made the best of their time and got all my stuff unpacked in a very efficient and thorough manner. The crew was respectful and very easy to coordinate with. I will be booking directly with them next time.
