We have a number of experienced movers who will ensure a swift, professional, friendly and most important a safe move. We are based out of Poughkeepsie NY and travel up to 25 miles to load/unload customers. It is our goal to ensure that every customer is happy and extremely satisfied at the end of each move and will strive to go that extra mile to achieve that goal. I used McBrothers because I had an AMAZING experience with them in the past. This time was different. The movers were very nice but not as motivated as the movers I had in the past, they didn’t handle my items as well as the previous movers did either. I booked for 5 hours and they took almost 5 hours to load the truck. The unloading ended up costing extra. A third guy showed up to help them who was extremely nice and wrapped up everything. I wish I could remember the names of the guys I had before because I want them anytime I need movers again. I’d still recommend the company. They stayed until the job was finished. I’m appreciative if that.

Jevin and Thomas are AMAZING. First, they arrived, not just on time, but a few minutes early (not too early but just right!) then they assisted me with the truck (I've never maneuvered a moving truck myself before) and throughout the entire process they were kind, understanding, gracious and SO hardworking. I recommend McBrothers to ABSOLUTELY everyone. Moving my mother and her sisters was more than a hassle and less than ideal but you could never tell from the way Jevin and Thomas hopped in and worked so fast. They were an absolute blessing in a time of utter madness and I truly hope everyone hires them. They are well worth WAY WAY more than they charge and I really can't say more positive things about them. Phenomenal. Thank you both so very much.
