First, they were so very late. I booked for arrival between 10-11am and they show up at 1:40. I do believe it's their route system's fault. The workers have nothing to do with it.
Second, they were not very careful when dealing with my stuff. I booked for two hours but they tried to finish up as quick as possible but grabbing and squeezing things together to make few trips from my room to the truck.
Third, one of the two workers did whistling and related stuff to attractive young women walking by my apt, which made me really uncomfortable because I'll be living there for a while and I don't want those ladies to associate me with him in that way.

First the good stuff:
They were on-time, friendly, courteous, and hard working.
Now the not-so-good stuff:
They would pack non-boxed materials stacked and/or touching each other. For example, a wooden chair would be stacked/touching another wooden chair. To me, this is basic packing rule: NEVER have items (ESPECIALLY WOODEN) stacked or touching each other. I had plenty of towels available to remedy any wood-on-wood infraction. The stuff in the module will most definitely shift, so I'm very worried about opening the container this week!

I was tremendously pleased with the helpers. They definitely knew what their job was when they arrived at the job site and worked very hard and constantly. They were very respectful for my property. I would definitely use them and highly reccomend them.

The movers showed up twenty minutes late. They were very slow. They went over four hours which should not have occurred. I only had one queen bedroom set and a daybed. The rest was just normal furnishing for a home. They scratched up my walls badly by moving the bedroom dresser. They took the plastic off my couch causing my cushions to be soaked because of the leak in the truck. To top it off they broke my office chair and dirtied the back of my couch. I would never recommend this company. Very disappointed!!!!

They showed up early and got the unloading job done quicky with no incident. Carried the heavy furniture upstairs and assembled the beds. No damage to furniture or marks on the walls either! Hard working guys! The owner/manager was there on-site for the entire job, was friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Mr. Holland and his guys were on time and ready to unload my POD. I would recommend Holland Real Estate Services, they worked fast and placed everything as requested. Hope I don't move again soon, but if I did, I would use this service again.

It was pouring rain through the whole time and the guys worked through it. No problems on any of the move.
I expected to run a little over the 2 hour preset time and we were pretty close so they were both timely and efficient.

I was very concerned about moving a family heirloom into a U-Haul and expressed that concern to Mr. Holland. He was do attentive to the move and his staff were veterans. They listened to my concerns about the areas that protruded and could be easily damaged. They made me feel at ease.
Before we got started we realized I need to have purchased the shrink wrap. In hindsight that was the agreement. When I offered to omit the shrink wrap they insisted we should have it so we took a trip to the uhaul store to buy it. We stayed within our two hour minimum, I tipped them $30 and had and uneventful trip of 7 hours in a bouncy uhaul trailer.

Holland Real Estate Services did an outstanding job on our move. They were scheduled to come by first thing in the morning, but I had a delay in closing on the new house. They patiently waited and then responded as soon as I was ready. They loaded my furniture quickly and efficiently, taking great care with my antiques. They unloaded at the new house, paying attention to my requests. The team was very courteous and professional. I would be glad to use them again.
