Aside from showing up almost 1 hour late w/out calling (I called them & they were stuck in traffic) the team that was sent were very hard working men who had experience packing trucks & moving. Our primary moving company men from "Camelot Movers" in Valencia, CA were under the impression they didn't have to help load the 2 trucks or help offload into storage units so the Dabney's guys & my husband ended up doing all the hard work & worked a very long & hot 8 hour day! We were so greatful to the Dabney's team for staying to help us finish when our other movers failed to perform. Our only suggestion is that they needed to be more mindful throughout the "entire process" (not just the beginning) when grabbing boxes and stacking expensive furniture. Nothing was broken or damaged, but there were a few times we had to say something (again, keep in mind these guys worked their butts off for 8 straight hours and they were extremely tired.)
