I am so pleased and thankful with the service provided by Innovative Moving Solutions LLC. The crew was early and got right to work. They listened to my specific requests and they had a positive attitude. They assured me they could get what I wanted done on time and utilize my PODS space to its maximum potential. The guys only took a few very short breaks to hydrate themselves and then got right back to work. They worked up until the last minute. I was very pleased with the help they provided me. I had two helpers hired to move some heavy furnature from the lower level to upstairs. The guys arrived on time, were extreamly helpful and very careful.
They finished the job in short time and took every precaution to make sure both furnature and walls didn't get damaged.
I would hire them again and would recommend these guys to anyone.
They were very professional and made every effort to ensure we were satisfied with the job...and we were.

The two movers showed up about 11:30 and did not call before they came. I wasexpecting them at 11:00 AM and they said they had trouble finding our address which is in a gated community and is just about 4 years old..
When they arrived they wer clean cut, very polite and I explained the move which was all internal to our home.
Theyt moved two couches up and down a flight of stairs, two easy chairs, and one love seat along with a very big coffee table.
They moved two box spring/mattress up and down two flights of stairs, and they moved a large bedroom set to a storage area, on the same level.
They were very careful when the moved all of the furniture, some of which was very heavy. it took them about 1hour and 20 minutes, so they finished well before the time I thought iit would tade, partially because they did not stop from the time they started until they finished.
I am very pleased with the job they accomplished

Wonderful service!! I had to move some items around in the trailer to make better use of space...but the men were polite, good workers, and I would hire them again. Even with having to redo parts of the trailer the next day, it was more than worth the money for getting all the furniture and boxes up and out of the basement.
