Although vehicle trouble prevented their arrival, their prompt notification and immediate coordination with Hire-a-Helper to arrange an alternate moving crew was very professional. We had another crew on site two hours later, and our schedule was not impacted at all. Impressive handling of a potentially difficult problem.

These guys showed up on time, and they were prepared for the job! I have a very steep driveway and they had no problem getting everything to the truck. They worked fast while loading and unloading and handled everything with care. They even went a step farther and helped me put on the feet to my couch. I would recommend them to anyone who needs moving labor help.

WORST- they moved everything into the Uhaul truck then bailed on me saying the boxes were too heavy and didn't unload! Stuck with a loaded down Uhaul trying to call friends to help. First, you are movers. If I could have lifted the boxes by myself- wouldn't need ya! Second, couldn't figure out how to arrange stuff to make the most room. You guys are movers, right? Me and my husband moved everything before but he's TDY so I had to get someone to move the heavy stuff. If you want to pay someone who's outta shape- these are your guys! By the way, if the boxes were too heavy, you shouldn't have moved them in the first place and left a woman to figure out how she's going to get them off.

Andy and Wes were a godsend! They showed on-time and were prepared to work. I didn't have to micromanage any of the task I gave them because they both were competent and inclined to get the job done fast, efficient and careful. A word of caution. Be ready for them! they move swift and can easily outpace you. If you are worried about the what type of person may show up to move your items, rest assured that these guys are serious about this job and are the exact type of persons you want handling your belongings.
