Absolutely horrible! They claim they have experience workers. We hired 3 workers, but got one lazy worker, one new worker and a "supervisor". All 3 of them complained about how sore they were. All 3 of them continued to take our water. We were nice enough to give them some, but they wiped us out at the end of the day. I would have been OK with that except they job they did was horrid. The new guy could barely make it up and down the stairs after less then an hour. Remember, we hired "experienced movers", not newbies. We have thousands of dollars in damage. If you like your stuff, DO NOT hire these people.

These guys were great. Took 3 hours to load, 45 minutes to unload. Worked hard and never stopped. Clean, professional. Overall, great job.

MVP Moving arrived on time and had a great appearance. I would however not recommend this particular mover based on the in-experience of the movers. We had several items broken including a deep scratch on a 10K wood floor.

The movers also spent way too much time texting and not very efficent in use of time.

Mover's response:

The texts to our office arose from customer demands to move faster, which was unsafe; & due to the complaint of a scratch on the floor, of which we have a file copy. The scratch was actually a surface blemish only, less than three inches and could be easily removed with rubbing compound. The damages were caused by a rough ride ABF freight trailer jostled items in transit and was shown/reported to the customer before our team unloaded. You agreed/recvd $60 discount for the floor blemish.
