Our movers showed up right on time and ready to work. I had at least 50 to 60 heavy boxes in my basement, which they carried up the stairs without complaint! They were friendly, professional, and courteous. If I ever need movers again (God forbid!). I will definitely call Royal Professionals! Thank you for making this dreaded experience fun!

The crew was prepared and worked hard to unload our 2 freight trailers. They were respectful of our property and goods. They completed the job, even though it rained extremely hard for 45 minutes toward the end of their time. They stayed an hour over to make sure the job was completed. We would use them again!

They were on time, they were prepared, they were respectful of my property. They told me several items would not fit through doors, however we were able to get some of the items in the house. Also, they left my fridge and freezer outside, and I had to get them in on my own. They were very friendly and nice. They did tell me if I needed them just a few more minutes it would be extra. I reserved 2 guys at hours, and got 3 guys for 4 hours, which does not seem equal to me. @ guys at 6 hours would be 3 hours each of labor. 3 guys at 4 hours is not an equal amount of labor. I have used this service for several years, and was always completely satisfied until this move.
