They were on time and they worked hard. The two young men that arrived were polite and respectful. The reason I'm giving a 2 star rating is they didn't pack my second pod efficiently, lots of large gaps so I had to repack half of it. And my biggest complaint is our dolly was missing after they left! Both my son and I witnessed them using it. We thought maybe they had packed in into one of the pods, nope! I'm in no way accusing them of theft, but where did it go?? I called the owner when we couldn't find it, he checked with them and called me back saying the 2 guys don't know where it is. The owner said maybe someone took it from our driveway? Ummm, we didn't live in a bad neighborhood, plus it was raining and that would've been the first time in 17 years that there was a theft from our place by a stranger! We had left our garage door open all night by accident several times with cars unlocked and plenty of expensive items for the taking and nothing was gone. Not a good statement by the owner if you ask me, sorry!

Tony and Will arrived on time and got right into the job of unpacking and repacking a moving container. The job had been poorly done by another mover. They identified the issues and proceeded to largely empty and properly repack the unit. I was impressed by their knowledge and skill. I will hire them again.

Harris was incredible. I dealt with Chris who was the coolest guy in helping me work through my issues with back to back PODS delivery/pick up errors. His workers were called out twice for POD no shows however were extremely forgiving of the situation and in my opinion waste of their precious time during a terrible storm. Once they were finally able to get the job done they did it with the utmost kindness and professional manner. Thank you Harris!
