Although they arrived a little later than the time scheduled, they called and kept me in loop of their ETA. Once they were home, they were quick and finished everything in the 2 hr slot I had booked. Professional people, I would recommend!

We booked the appointment for the movers less than 24 hours prior to needing them, and scheduled a window of 12pm - 1pm. The movers, John and Omar, called first thing in the morning to confirm their arrival for 12pm. They arrived early, were friendly and efficient, and completed the job in the time that we scheduled. We would absolutely hire them again. There is no way that we would have been able to move without their assistance.

Movers shifted the arrival back and forth. At 1st they confirmed they are coming for 4pm. After the claimed to be arriving closer to 5. At 5 they told me that due to traffic (when was the last time there was no traffic in NYC?) they will show up at 5:50. Finally arrived after 6pm. Poor performance, slow movers, non-existent punctuality. Their hourly rate is overinflated next to the level of services these movers provided. I do not recommend to consider these movers for your moving project.

Absolutely awful service, didn’t make it down a flight of stairs before I heard them knocking over my boxes. Most boxes were pretty trashed, although they were relatively cheap Amazon boxes the level of damage to the boxes was beyond reasonable. They showed up late and they left a significant portion of the job undone despite claiming to to have completely finished the job and even going so far as to ask for a five-star review. Further more I have reason to believe that they stole from me as many of the contents of the boxes were taken to me piecemeal outside of their boxes, if nothing else they did take a number of kit-kats from a box that I owned without permission and proceeded to leave them around half-eaten in the trash-pit that they turned my apartment into. Lazy and scummy individuals all around whom I wouldn’t recommend to an enemy.

Never tired movers crushed it today. The heat didn't slow them down, very helpful and professional team that organized the truck well and were super efficient moving boxes and furniture. I would highly recommend them for your next move!
