Vince and Ken provided absolutely stellar service. After waiting almost all day for the call notifying them that the storage unit had been delivered, they got to my apartment promptly after the unit arrived. I'd hired them for two hours, thinking I'd just ask them to move the big pieces of furniture in and do the rest myself, and they completely emptied the unit - in less than two hours! The apartment had new wood floors so I put down blankets, and they were very careful to put the things that would scratch them on top of the blankets. The goods were packed in tightly together in the unit, and sometimes they didn't come out easily. Vince and Ken would then clear away the smaller pieces around them until they came out easily - no tugging or forcing. I would definitely use them again.

I was really pleased with the two men that did the work. they were prompt and did an excellent job, I would diffently recommend them to anyone who ask about their job and thanks again to them, I only wish I could of tipped them a little more than I did because they sure did deserve it.

Extremely helpful, very professional and overall very easy to work with. Was able to pack away a lot more than I thought possible in the time spent. I did a lot of calling around and chose Triangle because the set up of the job didn't have any hidden fees or lots of red tape. They were on time, worked hard, and made recommendations on how things should be stored.
Excellent company, I will be using them again to complete the rest of my move.

These guys did a wonderful job. Stayed energetic all day and were very careful with our belongings. I was impressed. We had a lot to move and they kept at it. We had about an hour of time at the end of the day when we had everything packed and they were willing to do a little cleaning and vacuuming to finish out their time. I would go this route again in a heartbeat.

I've never seen two guys work so hard. They were non-stop all day long. My house was three story so they had a lot of stairs deal with and manuver some large pieces of furniture, not to mention a piano. I could not have been happier, they did a wonderful job. They were also very pleasant and personable and I enjoyed meeting them.

I was not very happy that one guy wanted to pick up everything alone. He banged up my chest of drawers trying to remove it alone. The truck looked like they backed off and threw everything in there. I had several pieces of furniture chipped and had to even put a few pieces back together. I have never known anyone load a truck and just throw the mattresses on top of everything! My microwave door will not open and close now because it was racked because of how it was loaded. The same man that wanted to load the truck alone, is the same one who was extremely rude! I will not ever use this service again.

We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.

Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.

Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.

Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
