After 2 other companies cancelled at the last minute, Monster Movers came to the rescue. They arrived on time and worked hard for three hours. I would recommend them.

The movers arrived SEVEN hours late for the job. They were supposed to be there at 11:00 AM. They arrived shortly after 6 PM. They called several times to say "we are an hour away". I had to be home from work for an entire day waiting for them instead of being able to work at least half a day.
They did an okay job once they got there.
I would never, ever use this company again. They rely on the worker's cars - which apparently break down (that was the excuse I was given) in addition to being redirected all over the State by what I presume was a dispatcher before they got to my job. They were cheaper than others, but it certainly did not make up for my having to miss a day of work.
I have used other movers from HireAHelper and they showed up on schedule and did a good job.

While they arrived a bit late due to getting lost, it is understandable as our home is out in the boondocks. Once they arrived, they went straight to work unloading our Box truck and placing the items in the proper rooms. They also helped me unload our Van and SUV which we had packed to the hilt. They worked so quickly that they were done early and had time to assist my in putting together some of the furniture we had taken apart. Nothing was scratched or damaged. I would use them again.

They were fast and efficient. Handled all my furniture with care and made sure not to bump walls. They even unloaded my van and hooked up our washer/dryer as well! I am very satisfied!

They called to let me know when they were going to be there which was great for scheduling they arrived and were very courteous and professional and ent right to work. Went to great measures to insure they didn't damage anything. Will definitely use them again.
