What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Customers can expect a reply within a few moments to 24 hours to confirm request for assistance depending on day of service requested. Details of move are obtained and discussed to make sure nothing is left out. A thank you for choosing us is applied at the end of discussion.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Day of service a greeting text will be sent to inform arrival time to expect crew. A positive demeanor and ready to go approach to accomplish task at hand.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Communication to all service providers that day is key. We understand time is limited and having other service(s),(cable, new appliance deliveries etc), should be scheduled accordingly. Items, boxes and room marked with colored stickers or signs where items are being placed is a plus. Or diagram of layout where items go and clear pathways to insure proper placement is great for time management.

What types of moves have you handled?

Local moves and office moves is our specialty. We have completed long distance moves. Usually city to city moves over 3 hours away are split between multiple service providers. But if our services are requested by customers, because of our professionalism, and services are appreciated. We oblige based on our availability.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Atmosphere and meeting new people. We enjoy what we do and great stories are exchanged. Always nice to see new scenery and all aspects that come with the assistance. Warm welcomes and appreciation is always a plus. Helping people is what we like to do.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Crew members associated with GIGS are seasoned workers. Our training comes from past experience over a course of time in field. Many has worked in industry for a while. We are trained and some certified through past companies. New techniques has been implemented over the period of time in field. Learning something new everyday enhances our productivity. Safety is always discussed to protect customers belongings and ourselves.
