I found that you and your worker Josh did an excellent job of moving my goods from van to apartment but I cannot recommend you. I found that you do not have good customer service skills, and Josh was grouchy, inappropriately mouthing off, and irritable throughout the move. You ended after 4 1/2 hours and spent 30 minutes arguing with me about not having time to finish the job. There was one item remaining that needed to be assembled -- simple one piece that could have been assembled in 30 minutes remaining -- but you didn't want to do it. Instead, you stalled for 30 minutes, argued, and refused to assemble it. After 30 minutes of your stalling behavior, when you had reached 5 hours then you left angry without saying anything because I didn't want to pay you until the job was finished. Not good business manners. Next day I paid Hire a Helper for 4 1/2 hours. No, I cannot recommend your services. At the other end of this move, the workers loaded the van in 3 hours and were most pleasant and eager to help any way they could. Different

2nd time I've used Nick's Labor Service and again, they were awesome! The team arrived a few minutes early, were well prepared for the job and handled everything carefully and respectfully. They got us moved quickly and easily, worry free, and I'll use them again next time. Highly recommended - 2 thumbs up!

They unloaded for me and they did a great job of putting my belongings where I asked him to and helping me keep organized. Also when I hired them I ended up having to reschedule several times and they always did a great job of re-accommodating me with a great attitude.

These were awesome! I had a U-pack relo cube and they fit everything I needed and tied it securely and were super fast. And the best part was they were the best prices too!! They even let me borrow tape and they used there own rope to secure everything. Only thing I wish is they could help me unload when I get to Texas!

These guys were basically took our stuff and shoved and mean shoved our items in to the pods. How do I know this. We received our pods today and this is what saw as the unloaders were unloading. Nick and his crew broke two of the legs on my pool table. My bedroom furniture is all scratched up and they broke my bed frame by taking it apart. The brackets are all broken that hold the slats to the frame plus they unscrewed the screws to the frame but didn’t bother to tell us where they put them. They also screwed up my recumbent bike. The chain is completely messed up as well. Good luck if you get these people. By the way I called these people to let them know what happened to our stuff and Nicks reaction was well you can file a claim blah blah blah and then said I’m sorry and that was it. I couldn’t afford HireAHelper extra insurance so now when I file my claim I’m not going to get the money needed to fix what they broke. I’m screwed basically.
