Just unloaded our storage stuff, SO much damage, things broken beyond repair and my daughters beloved kitchen totally smashed because they put heavy boxes on
Top. Of course I wasn’t smart enough to buy insurance they hire a helper. This is only a slight detail of what happened negative, on the positive they were helpful as far as speed and helping with last min need of extension as it took longer than I was anticipating

This team was fantastic. They arrived on time (even a few minutes early) and made fast work of loading our truck. Everything was tied down and tight and made it to NC from FL without a scratch. I would recommend Box & Tape Moving & Storage any time.

They were on time. Both of the workers talked on cell phones multiple times when working. They sent me to get rope, didn't mention anything ahead of time of needing straps, rope, etc. They tried to leave at 2 hrs. I had to remind them hired for 3 hrs. It was not positive experience. My belongings scratched. I paid for services but would not use again.

Hello Dawna! I really don’t mind the star ratings if you truly feel that’s what we deserve but the misleading comment is very wrong. As the team leader, I will have to take a few calls from time to time which doesn’t affect the quality work we do. No helper will ever try to leave until the job is completed or the hours that was pre-booked is reach, whichever is first. We also cannot leave the job site until you are satisfied and payment is release by you. Rope, straps etc is a common sense items, just as how we didn’t have to tell you ahead that you needed box and tape and blankets and a truck and to book us to help you or gas to go in the truck or where to pick up the truck................! We ask you to get roped because we care about your stuff and didn’t want anything to get damaged if it wasn’t tied down, so that’s actually a positive call on our part.

They were very respectful of our things and expertly placed them in the pod for space maximization. TJ and his helper we polite and friendly. We definitely recommend!!!

We had everything packed and ready for loading. We had to provide rope and tape for them for securing items on the truck. We also provided plenty of moving blankets, approximately 2 dozen blankets were NOT used. Due to not using the blankets a glass top table got shattered while in transit. Needless to say glass was shattered everywhere making unloading a nightmare. Still finding glass in the driveway at our destination.

Hello Jim. Thanks for your feedback back. However, it’s very misleading because I’m sure that you are aware that Moving labor Helpers don’t provide packing supplies and it’s solely the customer responsibility unless the items are requested and paid for. You also stated that everything was packed and ready to load, which is a true statement. So, with that said. Why would we need tape?! As for the blankets. Every item that needed one had one on it. No customer will ever allow a mover to load a glass table top in a Moving truck unwrapped.
