While the window I was given was 8 am to 8 pm, I got a call at some point saying they would be here between 4 pm and 5 pm. At 5:30 when nobody had arrived, I called and was told they were running late and would be here around 6:30. No show again but this time when I called Box & Tape I got no answer. Then called Hire a Helper and they couldn't get in touch with them either. This was a Saturday night. The Pod was scheduled to be picked up Monday and because I wasn't sure I could get anybody to come unload it on a Sunday, I started unloading it myself. I am 85 years old and really have no business doing something like that but felt I had no choice. I got the Pod halfway unloaded when they called and said they would be here at 9 pm. It only took them one hour to finish unloading it yet I was charged the full two hour amount, even though I had done half of the work myself. If they had answered the phone the second time I called and told me either that they would eventually be here or would come back on Sunday, I would not have started unloading the Pod myself. I feel it is totally unfair that I have to pay the entire amount when I did half the work myself.

They arrived on time. They wrapped our furniture (we provided the stretch wrap) and loaded it into the pod . They were courteous and polite. They did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone
