Equipment Details:

Over 20 years of Piano moving experience. Piano moving is done on a case by case basis due to the need for varied equipment and also being dependant upon the type of piano that you may have. Please call office for a quote. Pads cost $5.00 per dozen for use on local load & unload moves only. Plastic wrap and ropes are $5 per roll used.

Unfortunately, due to our delay, we couldn't complete the lease and get the keys to our apartment till after 10 on Saturday. Fearing the help would arrive at 9 as requested, there would be nothing for them…read more to do till after 10 incurring waiting then additional time to complete the move in. I called Nathan and explained the situation, who conveniently moved the start time back to allow us the time to get in and get ready. Phillip and Peanut arrived at the newly designated time and did a tremendous job, working hard to get it all done within the 2 hr booked time while entertaining us with great banter. They were very personable, and made you feel as if your freinds were helping you. They got the job done just before the the sky opened up with a tremendous thunderstorm which avoided rain soaked furniture and tracking up the carpets. Job done and pouring rain, you would think they would be anxious to move on and stay dry. Nope!! They noticed a problem with the ramp to the rental truck and tried all they could, including crawling under the truck and working in the pouring rain, to get the ramp back in the truck so I could return it. I really appreciate their above and beyond efforts, which I had no right to expect, but that's them! Phillip, it all worked out and I did not get charged for the problem. Although they were the cheapest, they were also 2nd at the top of the list in rating. They were supposed to be there at 9am. At 9:30 I get a call that one guy called in sick. Grrr...BUT they got me another moving company rather quickly AND paid the difference becaus…read moree the other moving company was more expensive. So would I hire them again?
