Their service seemed okay while they were providing it. They were on time, we were not as we had issues with getting our truck. They seemed prepared for the job and yes, they worked hard. They were respectful of our property and goods while packing it, or so it seemed. There was an incident with my office desk and granted it was nothing fancy or spectacular, but I saw the contents of a non-removable desk drawer on the sidewalk. I didn't know if that meant the desk had fallen while it was being moved out, or if the desk was tipped and it allowed the contents to fall out. They worked over their time we'd requested them for and we paid/tipped them accordingly, thinking everything was fine. They informed us that our truck was packed full and nothing further could be added. We had to leave most of our clothes, bedding and towels behind due to this as we could not fit it in our vehicle. We had to switch trucks in Des Moines and when the truck was being unpacked and re-packed, we were informed that our truck was NOT fully packed and we could have, in fact, included the rest of our belongings. When we arrived at our destination, pieces of our furniture were either broken or had gouges in them, even pieces that were wrapped. No, I would not use them or recommend them.
