They worked hard to unload the van and I do appreciate their hard work.
Oddly though, a plastic bag that had prescription medications in it ended up being put behind other boxes in our garage. We searched for them but could not find them at first but only later after much moving of boxes around the house did we find them.
I would think that they should have asked where they should go and not being a boxed item, they probably should have put them in the house instead.
We are to blame as well as they should have been packed in a suitcase on the original loading location.
Otherwise, they worked hard in the Florida heat and humidity and were very much appreciated.

The guys from The Smoother Movers, Eric and Anthony, were prompt on time, knew exactly what they have to do, and the best of all, took them a little less than estimated to move my stuff. They took care of my items and were cortious at all times. Hard workers and pleasant. I also received a great service from Tom from The Smoother Movers, who coordinated his helpers. Provided me with detailed information of what to expect and not, so there were no surprises. I already have The Smoother Movers added to my phone for next time, which I know it will come.

I liked everything except the guys that showed up did not know that it was an unload as well as a load. Then the borrowed $20.00 for gas because they did not have enough gas to make it. they worked hard but I was charged for moving and did not know i needed to pay for the movers gas as well

The two Gentlemen were professional and took time to go the extra mile in making sure things were wrapped up right to protect our furnishings. They showed great care in handling and loading our truck. They worked very hard and very efficient. I drove across the country and everything survived!!! Thanks guys!!!

The company I hired originally bailed on me the morning of my move. So stressful. But smoother movers came to my rescue and took the job the morning of and came out the same day! I had 2 helpers and they where amazing! Fast, helpful and super careful not to damage my stuff! If you need help, these are you guys! Super professional and respectful. I highly recommend them!
