They were definitely on time, but they were not prepared for the job. There was, they didn’t even bring a or straps. They seem to be extremely I’m familiar with how to pack pot, wasted a considerable amount of time, and did not adhere to the instructions of bringing all items outside, they left certain items that I requested moved I said it was extremely important for them to move or brought outside. They were rushed to get to the next job. I was beyond disappointed as explicitly I was told that they had experience with packing pods efficiently, and pods recommended them. Not true and a waste of money
