The rails to the drawer were already out of place. We actually had to remove them and screw them back into place. Therefore we ended up fixing the rails not braking them. As for the chest, we placed it in the container and closed the door without touching the chest. Perhaps the damage occurred since only two blankets were provided and we chose to put them on your more expensive items. The chest probably rubbed up against something during the trip and broke the bead. Thank you for the work.

We contacted the customer and issued him a refund in order to make up for our miscommunication. Our movers were trying to abide by our policy when this move was completed. When situations like this occur we try our best to treat our customers fair.

Sorry that the movers arrived late. 1 mover was on time, 2 movers were 20 min late. We understand that moving is stressful & we strive to make it less stressful for our customers. Sorry if our movers seemed tired from their previous jobs. We try our best to schedule accordingly so they won't be too tired. We do encourage our movers to take their time and work efficient so damages do not occur. No damages were reported. 2 trips were required to complete this job which made it go longer.

We are sorry to hear that it seemed as though our movers did not work hard. It does typically take 2 hours to load a 16 ft truck. Other variables come into play as well: how close was the truck parked to the house? Were there stairs? There is more involved when loading so we can take proper care of your items. I know it may seem pointless to have 2 movers carry light items but when they are long and awkward we want our movers to make sure no damages occur.
