Very efficient, very careful with large heavy furniture and with small boxes & bins as well. Thoroughly tied everything off at the end to prevent shifting - already booked for Round 2.

Nice guys. They unloaded the trailer in a jiffy. It was pouring rain. Despite the move only clause they do need to obtain basic tools and wear shoe covers if requested by the customer. I believe the expectation of the customer is to have an initial set up (bed). I felt they were reluctant to do it but they followed through. I’m very happy with Alex and his detailed responses when notified by phone. And guys - remember the customer is not obligated to leave a star rating. None the less I appreciated both of you.
