Great customer service. Hired them to unload relo-cube after long distance move. Dannan worked with my schedule, helpers (Greg and Wayne) called one hour before arrival and we're very polite, respectful, hard working and did a great job.

The men were on time. Both young men were wore out by the time they were about halfway thru. I did expect them to be able to load the truck a bit quicker, but one of the boys was feeling exhausted after a couple of hours. They both were very polite and courteous, and did work the entire time we hired them for. I did have to pay for two additional hours. Partly because of the amount of household items that had to be loaded, and the heat. Some was due to their pace being a little slower than I expected. That is the only reason I gave a 4 star rating. They did deserve a tip for the amount of things we had to pack though. I would say with a little more training and experience they will do even better in the future.

Handy Dandy showed up 30 minutes late even after having an hour window in which to show up on time. The crew chief said they ran into traffic problems. I doubt that there was any traffic problem in Pensacola Florida that delayed them over an hour. I believe they simply didn't start out on time. Although they got all of the property (for the most part) on a 16 foot truck, in my opinion they could have packed the vehicle more efficiently. There was damage to one piece of furniture caused by it scraping against another item because of the way it was packed. Nothing serious and I do not intend to file a claim, but it added to my overall impression of this group as being mediocre. I would not use them again.

We apologize for the crew being 30 minutes late but are glad to hear that they finished the move quickly for you. Hire A Helper typically offers the services to you when booking your order to order professional wrapping/packing materials necessary to aid in the prevention of damages; otherwise, if left bare, items can not be afforded the opportunity to be safe. The Movers did a good job at trying not to damage the furniture or walls of my new home. They set up the furniture; which made moving so much easier for me.

They did a very good job. They were on time and very respectful of my property. My only issue is that I think they should have secured my property better by using rope that I had available. I hope my things don't shift too much. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

The service was excellent!! I used Handy Dandy movers and they sent Alex and CJ who were absolutely wonderful. They didn't milk the clock, I had 5 rooms full of heavy furniture and they moved it in 2 1/2 hours fast and secured it in the Pods. I was totally pleased they were on time, handled my furniture with care. I will use them again.

The two young men who arrived promptly introduced themselves, asked to be shown what was to be moved and where, and immediately set to work. They were focused on the task and gave me a reminder when my two hours was almost up. I retained them for an additional hour and was quite satisfied with their work ethic and attempts to be cautious with the furniture. We did have an issue with stripped screws and I would recommend they bring something that could help in that regard. I was pleased with their work and had received the name of your site from another who used your services several years past. I would not hesitate to use your services again and will recommend your site to others. I felt the cost to be reasonable and fair and the workers to be personable and easy to deal with.
