The team at All The Right Moves was awesome! I had a tough move....2 flights of very steep stairs and a lot of heavy stuff! The team never complained, they were very professional and careful with my furniture. They did an amazing job loading my UHaul, tightly packing all furniture and boxes to make sure it all fit. I would recommend their loading services to anyone looking for a dependable crew.

HireAHelper and All the Right Moves were great! After the initial mover reneged shortly before our son and daughter-in-law's move, H-A-H found an immediate sub and even paid the difference ($35) for the slightly more expensive replacement team. Those replacements, two men from All the Right Moves, were everything for which one could hope. They were on time, very cordial and agreeable, got started immediately, handled everything - even more items than we'd expected - with care and with concerns about scratching, nicking, scuffing or tearing, etc. We weren't pros at this, of course, but they certainly seemed knowledgeable and experienced at safely getting big things (couches, bed, desk) through no more than average doorways or down narrow hallways, as in an apartment building. They worked hard, were constantly on the go, and it was obvious they had continued doing so while alone and when none of us were present or even hovering nearby. Brian and his partner still had time on the clock, so to speak, after moving all the heavy stuff for which we'd hired them. To finish their 2-hour stint, they gladly helped with other awkward things such as chairs and tables. Later on, all agreed their help had been "money well spent." Indispensable, in fact. One doubts we could have moved some of the things ourselves - ever. And since we were unexpectedly finished by mid-afternoon, "the kids" got to attend a birthday dinner with friends that evening. Would we use H-A-H and All the Right Moves again? Absolutely! Without reservation, we would also recommend both to other family and to friends. ...Finally, why am I writing this rather than our son or daughter-in-law? Well, we had hired the movers as something of an apartment-warming gift for them. Our name was on the contract; we were asked for a review. We had been on the scene the entire time, however, and, from their remarks, the other 3 adults there felt about All the Right Moves just as did we.

The fellas were on time and very professional. They made sure everything was placed in the proper place. They were very fast. Nothing was damaged. I think it was the best moving experience I had in a while. I would highly recommend them.

All the Right Moves were great - super helpful and hard working, ensuring that we were able to fit all of our stuff (which was a tight fit) in one trip which was important since this was a one way long distance (600 miles) trip. My mother will be moving soon and she will be using them in my absence.

They did not show up and did not respond to let us know why they did not show up. They called two days prior and confirmed there time so we had no indication that they would not be there. This was extremely disruptive to our move. I would not recommend using All the Right Moves.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect myself to be calling on you as soon as possible. To firm up your requested starting time, also to discuss additional details of your move, how far away will truck be from your loading point, if there are lots of stairs, to discuss adding an additional mover thru hire a helper to assist us with running stairs at your job if it makes sense. And to answer any questions you might have for us.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The morning of your move, I will call or text prior to driving over to you. So you know we are alive and will be seeing you shortly. Of course after that would be our actual arrival within the window of allotted time. Along with our smiling faces, ready to begin, as close to your preferred starting time as we are able.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
By visiting moving 101 on the hire a helper website, to remind them of the basic things you may or may not have to do for your move. To have you relax as much as you can. If that involves us coming earlier to help box up your things, we can arrange that too.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been from Palm Springs to Seattle, Washington for our clients. Generally speaking, we keep jobs close to home and local for the most part. Doing whatever is necessary to achieve that Glorious Five Star Review.
