They were 2 hours late. I don't feel that they came prepared for the job. They wwere a little careless with some of the furniture. They were very respectful to my wife and me fowever I do not think I wwould use them again

The guys who came were on time, super fast, and very strong. They moved a desk I though for sure was permanently staying in the basement (it's gigantic). They also brought an extra guy at no charge. They were patient and put everything in the exact room we asked. We would definitely hire them again.

I hired these guys for a labor only service. They were on time and extremely efficient. However, we told them to be careful with one particular piece of furniture, if not anything else. While unloading, we noticed 3 huge scratches on the front of that desk. They had also managed to position our bookshelf in a way that it ended up with two large bore holes through the wood! I would have been pissed off except the bookshelf is from Ikea and not of great value. Thankfully, I had put extra time in packing our other super fragile items, so no damage was done there. I think alot of the issue was to complete the job w/in the two hr period, even though we only had a 1bedroom worth of furniture. Hire these guys if you have the time to carefully pack/pad ANYThing worth of value beforehand. They work fast and have a good system for the most part.
