What can a customer expect after booking with you?

When booking, we provide you the opportunity to explain your move in detail, that way we can work as a team on your project. We ensure that throughout the process you feel content, and confident in us. We obtain all the finer details from you, such as a list of furniture (and heavy items/pianos) and the number of boxes - so we will have the men required, and arrive prepared with the proper equipment. You will not pay additional for the largest size truck.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On moving day, you can expect us to show up on time with a positive attitude, ready and willing to work. We like to take a tour of your home to get a game plan for your move, and we may wrap up some of your more precious items in wrap and/or blankets. We will bring supplies such as a dolly, a shoulder dolly, a furniture dolly, plastic wrap, a mattress carrier, and tools for disassembly and assembly. We do not take breaks, and we work until completion or until you decide you no longer need our help!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

To prepare for your moving day, having your boxes taped up, and assembled can really make things more efficient! We can wrap up your belongings in plastic such as chest of drawers and dressers for you, but that is something you can do as well to help things hit the ground running! If you have blankets prepared, we can use them to protect your belongings. If you have a fridge or freezer going, perhaps empty out them out! Things like clearing off mattresses of bedding and emptying out drawers helps us out!

What types of moves have you handled?

We love both local and long distance moves, big or small. We have gone all over Utah! When the opportunity arises, we love to get out of town, and on the road! We provide help for homes, townhomes, apartments/condos, and we love helping seniors at their living centers! We enjoy loading or unloading storage units, pods, and UPacks! We would also be curious to hear about your office related move as well!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Our favorite part about being a mover is providing help to others. This is our way to contribute to our communities and we are proud to do it! Moving isn't easy for anyone so we really enjoy taking some of the burden on ourselves to make the transition as easy as possible. We also love getting out and seeing different places, towns, and areas of our great state. We love being on the road. It's a blessing to be able to be somewhere different for our work all the time!

What training do you provide your crew members?

We train our crew members on good communication with our customer and their family, and between crewmembers. We focus on being careful rather than rushing, we like to work at a steady, sustainable pace. We train our bodies to be strong, and we make it a point to have a good attitude. Our team members are trained on how to carry items properly to avoid damage, and also how to pack items in a truck in order to be efficient with the space provided and protect the items while they travel on the road.
