I could not be happier with the quality of the individuals Labor Ready sent. My dissatisfaction is with the administrative staff at Labor Ready. Even though I booked the job 2 - 3 weeks in advance and was contacted the day after I booked the job online, when I called at 3pm the day before to confirm they said I was not listed on the schedule for the following day. When I specified who had initially called me I was told, "she's gone home for the day but will be in early tomorrow." Frankly, I was shocked at the unwillingness to contact their staff to determine the details for a job that was set to begin between 8 - 9 the following morning, despite the fact that I told them I had a truck rented and a schedule I needed to keep. About 9am I received a call that they would definitely have people at my home but they were going to be late. The workers arrived at 9:40am. Thankfully, I had planned some extra time in my schedule. My advice is, if you choose Labor Ready, confirm the job with their office TWO DAYS in advance so they have time to resolve any accidental oversights. The helpers did an excellent job once they arrived and I would definitely hire them again.
