The Good: They were very accommodating to my schedule changes. They showed up and got the job done.
The bad: They were slow. It was hot and I know they were tired but I (53 yrs old) and my friend (55 yo) moved faster than they did, sometimes making 2 trips to their one. They were continuously watching the time on their phones (or texting, I don't know). Seemed like they hit the side of every entryway and they dropped a couple of items. Finally, I had given them several bottles of water during the 3 hrs and they left their empty bottles laying on the ground. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give them a 5.

They did a good job. Very young so lacking a little experience but very nice and accomadating! Most of our furniture seemed to be packed well there were a few times I was worried they might have scratched a few things.

When you book with us expect a courtesy call to introduce ourselves and confirm your moving needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day expect to have a call before our team is dispatched and an experienced uniformed crew will arrive at your door at the specified time discussed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Every customer is different and they should prepare according to the type of work they would like for us to provide. Example.. if loading is the only thing requested, customer should have everything boxed up and furniture wrapped before our arrival. We would be more than glad to do the service, it just depends on how fast customer is willing for the move to go.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have over 12 years experience in the moving industry, so we have encountered the privilege of doing long distance moves, local, commercial moves (offices, warehouses) and we have helped move a lot of military families as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is seeing the satisfaction the customer receives after we have completed their move. We understand that its a stressful situation and us being able to help relieve a little of that stress is very satisfying.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew member training consists of on hand tasks that we encounter on the field but in a 2 hour course done here at the office, which also includes video teaching of related tasks.
