We contracted for 3 helpers for 2 hours. 6 helpers came and worked for 1 Hour. They were very helpful and courteous. Leo seemed to be the head guy. The only problem for us was that they were working so fast that it was very tough to keep organized and tell them where furniture and boxes were to go. There was an antique end table that probably broke in transit. Keep pointed it out to me before moving it from truck and also took a picture for the record. I've appreciated that.

The Movers of El Paso were fantastic! They were 5 minutes early, and all of them were polite, cheerful, and friendly. They were very careful with my stuff and also careful not to scrape the floors or walls. They were so efficient and hard-working that they were done in an hour. I would absolutely use them again-- this was the best experience I have ever had with movers. Thank you so much for a job exceptionally well-done!

The movers arrived early; which was a benefit for me. They finished in under two hours. And provided a good solid-pack in the Penske rental truck.

I waited for the truck to be delivered and unloaded before writing this review. They loaded fragile boxes on bottom!! Many of the boxes were crushed. The glass in my curio cabinet was broken. (This was wrapped with a blanket and shrink wrapped, too) I haven't been able to look through all my boxes yet, but I fear the worst for my figurines in crushed boxes. The workers in this end were surprised that this was done by professionals. I am extremely disappointed. I wouldn't hire this company again if my life depended on it. What a nightmare!!!! The crew was on time and pleasant to work with. They were done in 50 minutes unloading my POD. I paid for 2 hrs. I asked if they could help remove some plastic and moving blankets from a couple of pieces of furniture and they said no. It would be nice for paying for the 2 hr minimum that you could get a little bit more bang for your buck from these movers. I wasn't asking for them to do anything a regular moving company could do. I felt disappointed.

This is the second time I have used The Movers of El Paso and will always use them. Leo and his staff are very respectful, hard working, cognizant of time, and were very careful with our belongings. They showed up on time and worked non stop. Highly recommend!

These two guys were fantastic! Not only did they show up early (very rare in El Paso) but they were actually eager to work! They quickly accessed each room of furniture and pre-planned loading and placing. They were very conscientious and considerate of our belongings.

1- They tried to rip me off from the get go. They tried to tell me that I did not pay for the steps. I had paid for it and they tried to get me to pay they extra or at least tip them more considering they tried to say that I had not paid it. 2- They dropped my dresser, we watched them drop it off the ramp. They did not mention that it shattered the side of the dresser out of it rendering it garbage. They did nothing about it and just put it on the truck ignoring the fact that they damaged it beyond repair. I will ensure that the entire military community knows that this outfit should not be used and that they should be black listed.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When you book with us expect a courtesy call to introduce ourselves and confirm your moving needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day expect to have a call before our team is dispatched and an experienced uniformed crew will arrive at your door at the specified time discussed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Every customer is different and they should prepare according to the type of work they would like for us to provide. Example.. if loading is the only thing requested, customer should have everything boxed up and furniture wrapped before our arrival. We would be more than glad to do the service, it just depends on how fast customer is willing for the move to go.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have over 12 years experience in the moving industry, so we have encountered the privilege of doing long distance moves, local, commercial moves (offices, warehouses) and we have helped move a lot of military families as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is seeing the satisfaction the customer receives after we have completed their move. We understand that its a stressful situation and us being able to help relieve a little of that stress is very satisfying.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew member training consists of on hand tasks that we encounter on the field but in a 2 hour course done here at the office, which also includes video teaching of related tasks.
