When we starting to unload the truck, the boxes that wer…read moree at the top had tumbled over and we had a very difficult time in getting things out in front of the boxes because if we moved those pieces of furniture all of the boxes would have come falling down. I didn't feel enough care was taken in packing the truck, I had a number of scratches on furniture and my leather sofa and loveseat were not properly covered by blankets to fully protect them.
