Even though the boys did a great job I had talked to someone about my 2 flat screen TV's and they where suppose to bring them and said they might need tools.

These guys were amazing. I would not bet against them in a Tetris match, as they fit more items in a single Pod than I thought possible. They were on time, courteous, careful, and they didn't make me feel like it was a privilege to be in their presence. I would use them again.

The crew arrived on time and they were very polite. They didn't know how to wrap furniture properly. I provided packing blankets for each piece of furniture and plastic moving wrap to go around the furniture pads. They put the plastic wrap on first, then used the blankets as paddimg in the truck. I was so afraid the plastic would damage all of my furniture due to being in the hot truck for 3 days! They did not maximize the truck space, and on several occasions they pulled items off the truck, rearranged items, and then put them back on, causing them to go over the allotted time. I finally called the customer service number, and we were credited for one hour for time wasted. I then had to call my son-in-law to come over and help fit the remaining items into the truck! I had a 26-foot uhaul truck (recommended for a 3-4 bedroom house) and was moving from a 1200SF 2-bedroom condo, and not moving any appliances. There should have been room left over in this truck! I would NOT recommend them, and will NEVER use them again! They would not take instruction. They also left a glass shelf in my china cabinet, and it was chipped in transit.
