Our helpers were Sam and Ali. Both were courteous and respectful, and were very careful with our goods. Our floors are delicate and they didn't leave a scratch. Unfortunately, Ali was 10 minutes late, and Sam was 30 minutes late, which added stress given we had a 2 hour window with the truck. Luckily, we were still able to get the work done in time. Overall, very happy with the service, but helpers need to be on time (or customers should be warned to budget a cushion).

I was disappointed that the movers showed up late as we ended up running late with the move and didn't get to the storage unit. On the bright side, 99% of the stuff we did move was safe and sound! The guys were nice and asked questions when needed...

They did a great job! My travel schedule was a little strange because I didn't know when I would be in...but they were flexible, as their schedule that day might've been a little strange as well. All three guys were very friendly and quick and very cautious. The next time I move, they are my guys!!!!!!

I would recommend S&L Express Services to anyone. This is my second time using this company and both times I have been satisfied with the service I received. The movers were punctual, they were quick, yet careful. I had no damage to any of my belongings during this move. I am very happy with the service I recieved.

Lashon & Jashon were amazing. They were on time and were very nice even when they had to wait while I went online to get the authorization code. I had expected to do a little of the loading, but it was not necessary at all. They handled it all. I definitely recommend S&L!

Lashawn and Mike were extremely helpful and efficient. I mistakenly thought that a truck was included and had to get a U-Haul at the last minute. Lashawn made alternate arrangements to show up at a later time so the truck would be better used and the move went great from there. They even helped to load a few items after the time expired...no charge. Great experience and great movers!

We've noticed that customers who have items already packed and furniture items wrapped save time and money. However, we are more than happy to assist with any of these task the day of the move, just please book adequate time if any of these services are needed

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
