They were OK. About 10 min late and wanted me to pay them at the end for 1/2. hour over. Talked me into paying cash for the last half hour because I was told if I went through Hire a Helper I would be charged for extra fees and it would be...blah...blah. My mistake but I'm certain he pocketed the extra $70 in cash for the 1/2 hour. So don't listen to him. (It says no cash in the agreement. but I was so very tired, I just wanted it to be over. - again my bad but he lied.)
The helpers were OK but one of them really didn't want to be there and thought there was too much stuff. (yes, that's why I hired them -to empty my storage unit and mve it to my apt.). I was asked where to put the boxes but after a while, one or all of them just started putting them whereever. Found kitchen boxes in the bedroom, bathroom boxes in the living room, and living room boxes in the kitchen. So I ended up moving heavy boxes to the right rooms. They broke a storage container but didn't own up to it.
He (the owner of Tc Moving) criticized the movers that packed me in the first place, wanted to know who it was (so he could bad mouth them?) which I found rude and unprofessional. They complained that the dressers were so heavy b/c they had clothes in them, yeah, that's why I needed someone to move them. They had no idea, nor did they care why I had to move or how quickly. I would not hire them again.

TC Moving is fantastic. They arrived on time and hauled furniture and boxes that were packed in a full 28 foot uhaul truck. I thought that some of the items would be too heavy to move without disassembly, but they moved it like it was a sack of feathers. Their work ethic, interpersonal skills, and strength makes them the best. Save yourself time and headache and hire TC Moving.

Communication throughout the process was excellent. From booking, to ETA. I never worried or had to wonder if or when they’d show up. The guys were nice, friendly and efficient.
