Hired 2 for assistance removing an 8 piece mural from a wall and also bring bankers boxes down to the first floor to prep for a move. It took an hour and 40 minutes of the 2 hour reservation for them to do the mural. After an hour, I peaked in the room to find out what was taking so long and saw guy #1 on his phone. I came back at 1 hour and 40 minutes and guy #1 was on his phone again and guy #2 was just sitting there. I had guy #2 come start the 2nd task and within 5 minutes, guy #1 came to assist while I watched. They managed to move 80 boxes in 15 minutes, proof they can actually do good work when someone is babysitting them. They got 2 stars only because they actually did the work but I'm not happy about watching over people to make sure my $230 is well spent.

Were on time. Hard workers. We hired 2 men for 3 hrs because we weren't sure how many hours were needed . The job finished at just around 1 hour. I understand it is our fault but it would be nice if when someone over estimates like that you charge the minimum and credit their card. But we were very happy with the help and the way that you accommodated us at the last minute like that.
