1. Excellent customer service 2. Excellent skills in moving precious furniture 3. Extremely considerate in all communications with us. 4. Extremely capable of assessing our needs in moving furniture, in appropriately wrapping glass shelves, three sided glass cabinet and wood details safely moving them into our home. Once in our home, they took care to add shims to balance the fine furniture and protect our wood floor. 5. We have made similar moves in the past. Without a doubt, these excellent men were superior to anyone we have experienced prior. I have been in management…these two men are worthy of a promotion! I will utilize them again-

Brandon and his helper (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) showed up on time and were very friendly and efficient. They made decisions on the best way to proceed with a few difficult items and asked questions to be sure they understood what would be loaded and now to distribute the weight properly. Everything was loaded quickly and well-secured with not hiccups. Wonderful job.
J & M Moving were excellent. They kept in contact with me about when they would arrive. They brought plastic wrap to secure everything. All of the items arrived at my new house with no damage. I would highly recommend ??
They made moving 100% easier. They were super professional, efficient and packed everything nicely so it wasn't damaged during transport. I would 10/10 always go with J&E for moving in the future. Truly a great experience working with these guys.
